6 Aralık’ta Tiran’da yapılacak Batı Balkanlar – AB zirvesinde onaylanacak olan taslak bildiriye g\u00f6re, Avrupa Birliği Perşembe g\u00fcn\u00fc Batı Balkan \u00fclkelerinin \u00fcyelik perspektifine olan bağlılığını a\u00e7ık\u00e7a teyit etti ve bu s\u00fcreci hızlandırmak istediğini belirtti.<\/p>\n

Taslak bildiride, AB Y\u00fcksek Temsilcisi Josep Borell ve Kosova ile Sırbistan Diyalogu \u00d6zel Temsilcisi Miroslav Laj\u00e7ak\u2019ın\u00a0 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bulunması i\u00e7in diyalogda yaptıkları arabuluculuk\u00a0 \u00e7abalarına tam destek veriliyor. <\/p>\n

Kosova ve Sırbistan\u2019dan\u00a0 ilişkilerin normalleşmesi i\u00e7in yasal bağlayıcı ve kapsamlı bir anlaşmaya\u00a0 doğru somut ilerlemenin yapılması beklenirken, AB\u00a0 ge\u00e7mişte imzalanan\u00a0 t\u00fcm anlaşmaların tamamıyla ve gecikmeden uygulanmasını beklediğini vurguluyor.<\/p>\n

Belgede,\u00a0 \u201cHer iki tarafı da ikili anlaşmazlıklarını yapıcı bir şekilde \u00e7\u00f6zmeye ve gerilim ve şiddete yol a\u00e7abilecek tek taraflı ve provokatif eylemlerden ka\u00e7ınmaya \u00e7ağırıyoruz\u201d deniliyor.
