İnsan Haklarını ve \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckleri Koruma Konseyi (KMDLNJ), d\u00fcn akşam hamile bir kadının \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclmesinin devletin koruma mekanizmalarının başarısızlığının doğrudan bir sonucu olduğunu s\u00f6yleyerek tepki g\u00f6sterdi.<\/p>\n

KMDLNJ, Kosova Polisi\u2019nin zanlıyı imkanlar dahilinde bir an \u00f6nce tutuklamasını ve diğer sorumlu kurumlarla iş birliği i\u00e7inde adalete teslim etmesini talep etmekte ve beklemektedir.<\/p>\n

KMDLNJ, mağdurlara tacizde bulunan siyaset\u00e7ilerin kışkırtıcı ve taciz edici a\u00e7ıklamalarına şiddetle karşı \u00e7ıkarken vatandaşlardan katilin yerini bilmeleri halinde bir an \u00f6nce tutuklanabilmesi i\u00e7in Kosova Polisi\u2019ne ihbar etmelerini rica ederken mağdurları suiistimal etmekle siyasi fayda sağlamak isteyen siyaset\u00e7ilerin kışkırtıcı ve taciz edici a\u00e7ıklamalarına şiddetle karşı koymaktadır.<\/p>\n

Ayrıca KMDLNJ, merhum H.M.’nin hayatından sorumlu olan kurumsal zincirin hangi halkalarının başarısız olduğuna y\u00f6nelik incelemelerin yapılmasını ve buna g\u00f6re, sorumluluk derecesine g\u00f6re somut tedbirlerin alınmasını talep etmektedir.<\/p>\n

KMDLNJ bu vesileyle koruma kararına saygı duyulmuş ve denetlenmiş olsaydı, merhum H. M. i\u00e7in daha fazla g\u00fcvenlik sağlanacağını da değerlendirmektedir. <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
