BURSA (\u0130GFA) – <\/strong>Bursa Yemek Sanayicileri Derne\u011fi (BUYSAD) Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Co\u015fkun D\u00f6nmez \u00f6nderli\u011findeki bu giri\u015fim, \u015fehrin e\u015fsiz lezzetlerini koruma ve tan\u0131tma hedefiyle \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131m olarak nitelendiriliyor.<\/p>\n

Ba\u015fkan Co\u015fkun D\u00f6nmez, Bursa’n\u0131n gastronomi kenti kimli\u011fine vurgu yaparak, \u00f6zel lezzetlerin ekonomik a\u00e7\u0131dan end\u00fcstriyel yemek sekt\u00f6r\u00fc i\u00e7in uygun hale getirilerek, \u015fehrin gastronomi de\u011ferlerinin daha geni\u015f kitlelere tan\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 ve ya\u015fat\u0131lmas\u0131 amac\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti.<\/p>\n

Bursa\u2019n\u0131n zengin gastronomi de\u011ferlerini end\u00fcstriyel yemek sekt\u00f6r\u00fc arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla tan\u0131tmaya ve desteklemeye kararl\u0131 olduklar\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayan D\u00f6nmez, “Bursa\u2019n\u0131n ruhunu ya\u015fatan, havas\u0131n\u0131 soluyan, kalbi Bursa i\u00e7in atan ve yolu Bursa\u2019dan ge\u00e7en herkesin bu mirasa katk\u0131 sa\u011flamas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine inan\u0131yoruz. Bu inan\u00e7la projemizi ba\u015flat\u0131yoruz” dedi.<\/p>\n

Bursa’n\u0131n y\u00f6resel mutfa\u011f\u0131ndaki e\u015fsiz tatlar\u0131n nesiller boyunca korundu\u011funu ve aktar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayan Co\u015fkun D\u00f6nmez, Bursa Kebab\u0131, \u0130neg\u00f6l K\u00f6fte, Pideli K\u00f6fte, Cant\u0131k, Etli Kereviz, Muradiye \u00c7orbas\u0131, Kemalpa\u015fa Tatl\u0131s\u0131, S\u00fctl\u00fc Kaday\u0131f, Kestane \u015eekeri, D\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn Helvas\u0131, S\u00fct Helvas\u0131 gibi \u00f6zel yemeklerin bu lezzetler aras\u0131nda yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.<\/p>\n

Ba\u015fkan D\u00f6nmez, bu lezzetleri ve tatl\u0131lar\u0131 men\u00fclerinde d\u00f6nem d\u00f6nem kulland\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ancak daha s\u0131k kullanmak i\u00e7in bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ba\u015flatt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ifade ederek, “Bu y\u00f6resel tatlar\u0131n end\u00fcstriyel yemek sekt\u00f6r\u00fc i\u00e7in uygun hale getirilmesi, Bursa’n\u0131n gastronomi miras\u0131n\u0131n daha geni\u015f kitlelere ula\u015fmas\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olacakt\u0131r.
