Kosova Cumhuriyeti Cumhurbaşkanı Vjosa Osmani, Kosova Yargı Konseyi’nin \u00f6nerisi \u00fczerine bug\u00fcn 29 yargıcı g\u00f6revlendirdi.<\/p>\n

\u201cCumhurbaşkanı uzurunda d\u00fczenlenen yemin t\u00f6reninde yeni yargı\u00e7lar, \u2018Kosova Cumhuriyeti Anayasası\u2019na, y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckteki yasalara sadık kalacaklarına ve mesleki etik kurallarına ve ayrıca g\u00f6revlerini sadakatle, bağımsız, profesyonel ve tarafsız bir şekilde yerine getireceklerini ifade edildi\u2019 deniliyor Cumhurbaşkanlığı’ndan yapılan a\u00e7ıklamada.<\/p>\n

Başkan Osmani, devlet konsolidasyonunda adalet sisteminin \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir rol oynadığını vurguladı. <\/p>\n

\u201cBu nedenle bu sistemin bağımsız, adil, tarafsız olması ve Kosova Cumhuriyeti’nin t\u00fcm vatandaşlarının adalete eşit erişimini sağlaması i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00e7alışıyoruz.\u201d\u00a0 dedi Cumhurbaşkanı Osmani.
